Moses & Son is an independent family owned & operated business servicing wool growers in the Riverina & Central West. Our team prides itself on providing traditional service and innovative marketing. We are seeking a progressive person to assist with the day-to-day-operation and coordination of our Wool Store in Condobolin. The role is perfect for a self-motivated individual with a passion for wool and the drive to progress to a Wool or Livestock Agent.
The position is diverse and will suit someone who can juggle competing interests. Primary duties will include general warehouse logistics and maintenance, wool buying, rural merchandise sales along with some wool press deliveries.
The successful applicant is self-motivated and displays the ability to work unsupervised. The position would ideally suit someone with a rural background and holds the following licences, skills & experience:
- Computer skills
- Forklift Licence (essential or willing to obtain)
- Light Rigid Truck Licence (advantageous)
- Private Wool Buying experience and Registered Wool Classer (preferred).
- Rural Merchandise retail experience is advantageous, but not essential.
- Mechanical aptitude
